Q : Could we know procedure if we make order ?  

A : 

Step 1#: pls send us your 3d file in your available form ( Pro / Engineer , SolidWorks , Unigraphics , 

Auto CAD ,  ( IGS , STP , STL and X-T ) ) and other requirments . ( ect : polish , painting and so on ) ; 

Step 2#: The quotation will be given , confirm the order . Step 3#: 30% Deposit before production 

and the balance after confirmation of finished prototype by photos . ( Photos will be offered by email . )

Step 4# : shipment . 

Step 5# : After sales service . 

Step 6# : Cusomter feedback to push us do better .TKS .

Q : Which payments do you accept ?

A : T/T, Wester Union , paypal . It could be negotiable .

Q : If not satified with finished prototype,what can we do ? 

A : If it is our responsibility , we will make another one for you for free till you are satisfied . Thank you !

Q : If not satified with goods or missing goods , what can we do ? 

A : We will check the reason and find rootcause , give postive reply , if it is our responsibility ,

we will replace the goods and send shortage .
